Back to School 2021 Thoughts From Our Owner Laura LeMond

Recently, I asked a girl who lives down the street from me, 11 year old Kyra, what she thought about going back to school. She said to me, "Well, I don't know how I feel about school this fall. We haven't all been together in a long time. What if my friends don't like me anymore? I've been alone at home for so long, it feels like I am tight with only two friends, and I’m sure it will be awkward seeing everyone."

I assured her that it would all work out, but an answer from such a talkative, relaxed twelve year old made me realize that the game has changed when it comes to going back to school for everyone this Fall.
