RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

Weighted Items 14 Day Return Policy 

We offer a 14 day return policy on our products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! 

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY BLANKET?

If there is a problem with your blanket please notify us immediately at returns@mosaicweightedblankets.com so that we can resolve the issue for you.

MY BLANKET IS THE WRONG WEIGHT. (TOO HEAVY OR TOO LIGHT) CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR A LIGHTER WEIGHT?

Yes, please notify us at returns@mosaicweightedblankets.com with your name/order number and we'll start the exchange.

RETURN PROCESS:

The customer is responsible for return charges. Please Send all returns to

YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND NAME IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE!!!!
We will process your refund within 2 weeks of receiving your return.
  
All returns and exchanges must be in new, unwashed condition with the original packaging. Due to our health and safety practices, we inspect all returns and exchanges before issuing a refund.  We will deduct 30% off of your refund if your return is not in new, unwashed condition with the original packaging.     
Please be aware that the customer will be required to pay all associated shipping fees for an exchange, this includes the difference in cost between an exchanged blanket and the cost to ship the exchange back to the customer. 
        
Clearance and Custom items are NOT RETURNABLE.
HOLIDAY INSTRUCTIONS                               
All orders placed from the day before Thanksgiving through December 22nd will have an extended return policy to January 25th                                                                                                                                                                       
Mosaic Weighted Blankets offers shipping insurance for $9.95 to ensure that if your package is lost or stolen you can get a replacement at no charge.                       
If your package is lost or stolen, you are required to open a ticket with the shipper to locate your package. We do not replace lost or stolen packages for free.
