PURCHASE ORDERS MUST INCLUDE:
- An email and phone number
- Company or school name/number
- Bill to info - address & phone number.
- Ship to address and phone number (with attention to whom is should be addressed to).
- Email address of person responsible for processing & paying invoices.
- A purchase order number.
- The quantity, product number, and a brief item description of the weighted products you are purchasing.
- A purchase order total amount
- An authorized signature.
